Athens is changing — and that change is digital.

At Novoville, we’re proud to play an active role, in collaboration with the City of Athens and DAEM S.A., in the city’s transition toward a more accessible, efficient, and human-centred urban environment, where technology serves the needs of its citizens.

The data clearly reflects the impact of this effort:

- Between January 2024 and April 2025, 259,475 citizen requests were submitted through the Novoville platform, with 86% successfully resolved and the average response time reduced to just 5 days.

- The City engaged with citizens through 524,958 messages (via SMS, email, and push notifications), strengthening two-way communication.

- In a recent consultation via the Novoville chatbot, 91% of participants expressed a desire to actively take part in decisions affecting their city, using modern digital tools.

Athens is not just following the digital era — it is shaping it, with citizens at the heart of the transformation.
